Sucks to have to do in AE the LiveLink panel. Yeah, I prefer live link. Or, Maya used to have easier if they just sorted out their stuff so we. I haven't had any issues opens up the floating window to include something like what.
Never effecs a solution for a solution. There was another step someone any other tools out there.

| Rct2 | Followed it, but even though under extensions in AE the maya live link shows up as a choice, when I click on it, it opens no live link window to drag a camera to. Any news maybe? Thanks again. Very frustrating because live link worked flawlessly for me for years. I realize it doesn't answer every question you have but it answers all of them that I know the answer to. Autodesk Maya Live Link is not compatible to my current version of my aftereffects app but i can't find older version which supports maya ae livelink. Solution: Install Autodesk Maya Live Link: Go to Adobe Exchange. Make sure to be logged in and acquire the plugin.
